Guest Services Manager
From the moment they arrive in resort until their departure, you will assume responsibility for our guests’ well-being, ensuring that they have a holiday to remember! We have one Guest Services Manager per resort.

What we’re looking for:
We need dedicated, caring and professional people, who are willing to go the extra mile to make our guests’ holiday perfect. You’ll be a natural communicator, with a high standard of French and managerial and IT skills. 

Your responsibility:
You will be required to solve any problems that might arise whether it be booking ski lessons and restaurant tables, organising transport, or taking a guest to the doctors. You will also need to work alongside and supervise ski guides and maintenance staff. The ad hoc duties are numerous and, as they cannot always be foreseen, can impose on your free time. You will dine twice a week in a chalet (more often if required), helping the hosts with service and clearing away.

Skills and experience:
• You should be highly motivated, resourceful, organised, caring and patient
A high standard of French, managerial experience and IT skills are essential
You should have held a full driving licence for more than two years
You must hold a valid British/EU passport and National Insurance number
